Since China joined into the WTO, foreign trade of agricultural products have beenexpanding the scale, gradually entering the foreign agricultural trade disputes in the world.Both developed and developing countries are frequently using of anti-dumping measuresagainst the dumping of agricultural products in other countries or using anti-dumping tradeprotection measures to limit the import of agricultural products abroad, and thus protect theiragricultural interests. In this regard, China has experienced the impact of the dumping andanti-dumping, and we have recognized response to foreign anti-dumping on China’sagricultural products and the importance of China’s anti-dumping. China is a largeagricultural country, the development of trade in agricultural products not only connectionwith China’s socio-economic stability and economic growth rate but also agricultural trade forincreasing farmers’ income and job creation. China should adopt the reasonable means toprotect our country fair import of the environment, and the enterprises should make full useof the anti-dumping legal weapons to safeguard their own interests and normal market order.This paper uses a variety of research methods to study the anti-dumping trade inagricultural products. There is a combination of quantitative and qualitative, the combinationof normative and empirical, comparative analysis of methods. Discussion of anti-dumpingbasic theory uses qualitative and normative research methods. Analysis of foreign countriesagainst China’s anti-dumping and China’s foreign anti-dumping uses quantitative andempirical research methods. Analysis of foreign anti-dumping practices and theenlightenment uses comparative analysis of research methods. The main contents of thisarticle are as follows:The first part is the introductory part which discusses the background and significanceof this study and the overview of domestic and foreign anti-dumping agricultural productsstatus, and this paper describes the methods and technical routes.The second part outlines the content of anti-dumping and characteristics andimplementation measures. After the chart analysis of the anti-dumping on import and exportof the country’s economic impact, we analysis the current status of anti-dumping ofagricultural products. The third part focuses on analysis of China’s agricultural exports subject toanti-dumping status and summaries China’s agricultural products through the status ofanti-dumping problems and makes prediction of the trends. Anti-dumping presents technicaland its process presents legal and so on.Part IV focuses on analysis of the status of anti-dumping agricultural products in China.Only using two case studies of China’s agricultural anti-dumping, our country presents longerlength of time, the lower tax rate, inadequate laws and regulations. The cases are lack ofsense of anti-dumping, necessary material support and early warning mechanism.Part V analyzed the developed and developing countries more successful onanti-dumping practices. China should pay attention to the public interest, strength thecooperation of government and enterprises and establish the early warning mechanism foragricultural imports.Basis on the above analysis, the part VI considered from the perspective of government,industry associations, manufacturers and concludes that China’s agricultural exports respondto anti-dumping measures and agricultural products in China anti-dumping measures.
