The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Of National Trade Current Situation And Development Reseach

The national trade in an important part of the ethnic work in China and the reflection of the national policy with national economy work.the Party and the government always pay greate attention to develop the national trade, because it refers to the life need ofn the minority and the prosperity in the minority areas.The national trade in Yanbian state developped from public-operated trade and supply and marketing cooperatives during the liberation war.There are five chapters in this paper which is made up by the introduction, the body and conclution.The chapter one is the introduction which is the summarization of the whole paper. In this chapter, it mainly states the research purposes, implications, the current state of research and the research methods.The chapter two is the basic theory outlined of national trade. In this chapter, it states the concept of the national trade, the enterprise of civilian trade and products, national trade policy.The chapter three is the body of the paper. The development of national trade in Yanbian will be analyzed in this chapter.First of all, it introduces the preferential policies of national trade published by Yanbian state. And then basing on collecting information and statistics, it takes an empirical analysis on the implementation of the lending policies of the preferential rate in "the three preferential policies of national trade".The chapter four discusses the problems of the national trade in Yanbian during the development. The belowing ones are the main problems: some of the enterprises are difficult to enjoy the preferential policy; The national special commodity market shrinks and producing enterprises generally face with difficults; There is conflict between tax policy and local interests and it is difficult to carry out the policy of being exempt from value-added tax; the national policy and commercial bank profitability have conflict; Supervision mechanism is not sound, and so on. These problems restrict the further development of national trade.The chapter five gives some suggestions on developping and perfecting on the national trade in Yanbian state.In view of the main contradiction and problems during the development of national trade in Yanbian state, using for reference and absorbing experiences and lessons from other domestic ethnic minority areas, combining with the actual situation of Yanbian state, this paper puts forward countermeasures on developping and prefetting the national trade in Yanbian state. For these, we should constantly improve and regulate the preferential national policies; enhancing the support strength to t the enterprises of civilian trade and products; Setting up and perfecting the coordination and supervision mechanism; promoting the vigorous development of the border trade; opening up the foreign market.The final part is the conclution in which it sums up and summarizes the main ideas.
