In the context of global manufacturing transferring to China and Chinese revivalof the equipment manufacturing industry, Chinese engineering machinerymanufacturing industry has entered a fast development period and gradually formedthe market structure leaded by domestic and foreign brand companies. The change ofthe domestic and overseas market demand and the development of marketdifferentiation creates opportunities newcomers. Heron High-Tech as a privateengineering machinery manufacture enterprise developed fast in the past few years.This artiele analyzes and studies the company by the method combinede theory andpractice and aims to offer advice to the company’s future development by experienceconclusion of the past exploration and progressive firms.To begin with the generalization of basic theories of enterprise developmentstrategy, theory of competitive strategy, core competition ability strategy theories andSymbiosis theory Righteousness,this paper points out the issues underlying in thecourse of Heron High-Tech company’s growing up and puts forward the researchprogramme and the technical route,then carefully analyzes the macro-environmentsfaced by the Heron High-Tech company, industry conditions and the inner conditionin the company.According to the detailed survey for the company’s actualsituations,this paper finds out the chances and challenges the company may confrontwith its advantages and disadvantages,utilizes evaluation matrix and SWOTtechnique,to select the best development strategy for the company. Finally based onthe company’s practical situation, this paper choose related diversification growthstrategy as the overall development strategy, product differentiation strategy and costleadership strategy as the company’s business development strategy, meanwhile,putsforward its development target and programme, also points out its concreteprocedures to secure the strategy’s carrying out from the financialmanagement,human resources and corporate culture etc.We use many strategic theories and analytical tools in this article to get theappropriate conclusion about strategic position and business plan for HeronHigh-Tech fireworks,we think this conclusion is operable for Heron High-Techfireworks,and it is also useful for the other companies in the industry.
