Now the society is just in the knowledge economy time, the human resource is the first resource of modern enterprises. Employee training is an important content of human resources management. Employee training is the most important and the highest rate of return investment for both enterprises and employees. How the employee training uses the limited resources to realize the most training effectiveness is the key problem for all the enterprises. Now, Though Hunan Dongfanghong construction company keeps its momentum of development, it is also haunted by some problems such as the talent shortage, With the further progress of market competition.The management of this enterprise has known human resource is a key factor for winning the competition and has carried out some efficient training activities, but there are some deficiencies such as the misunderstanding of training management, incomplete training system, lack of training institution and input, which bring up some risk and threats for the company whole development. This paper analyzes the current situation of employee training in this company, and summarizes related theories of enterprise employee training systematically. Then some training risks in the currently managerial situation are summarized, such as training benefits, training concept, training system, training techniques, training effect appraise and staff wastage. Some factors are the reason of these risks, such as the training goal is not clear, the raining mode old, the attitude of the employees is passive, and so on. By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to estimate and analyze the training risks of this company, It is hoped that a new, good system can be reinvented under the new situation. It is designed the human resource training system closely around the current status on the enterprise strategies and holistic management, and being aimed at the Provision of the reference for the completed training system of the human resource management in the state-owned enterprises with the aim of stimulating individual’s working enthusiasm maximally and realizing the sustainable development of the enterprises to suit the challenge it faced for the enterprise human resource development in the knowledge economical time.
