Based On The Resource Safety Of China's Copper Import Source Of Risk Analysis And Control

As the very important strategic resource and nonrenewable basic material, the Copper’s supply affects the national economy and the people’s livelihood. China has been the utmost Copper consumption country in the world, which has got active demand but lacked of Copper resource, and with the raise of the external dependence, it threatens the sustained development of Copper industry as well as the associated industry in China. As a result, it is meaningful to have a clear understanding of the situation of global Copper Resource, finding ways to reduce the import risks, so as to ensuring the stable supply of Copper Mine Resource.Import place risk is one of the important parts of the Copper Mine import risks. It has something to do with the policy, economy and resource situation of the export countries, and it also has correlation with the current status of import country, interaction of the countries all around world, import methods and processes. It needs to be analyzed through whole and part perceptions individually.At first, this paper clarifies the current situation of Chinese Copper Mine Safety, the relationship between the Copper Mine Safety and the import risks, does quantitative analysis on the degree of our Copper Mine Resource external dependence. Secondly, makes a whole analysis on the international import environment of Copper Mine from the aspects of World Copper Mine Resource’s condition, international Copper Mine’s market environment, Copper Mine import security environment, which has demonstrated the instability of the world’s Copper Mine supply, like the concentration dispersal of the Copper Resource and the increased Chinese Copper Mine import risks due to the monopoly of large mining groups. Besides, when judged by the import condition of Chinese Copper Mine, such as paradox of demand and supply, concentration of resources, downgraded quality, the singular trade pattern, the import place risk of Chinese Copper Mine can’t be ignored. Thirdly, the qualitative and quantitative analysis has been done on it:The qualitative analysis proposes the guidance of risk factors identification from the micro and part point of view; whereas the quantitative analysis is the measurement and calculation of three different indexes(import place risk index, import regional construction index, country risk rating index) from the macro and whole point of view, proposes the condition and traits of Chinese import place risk, and the most important risk factors. After that, Combined with the risk control theory and the Copper Mine traits as well as the import place risks status, this paper builds the general path of import place risk control of Chinese Copper Mine, and then elaborate the three-phrase control method.
