Research On Coordination Between Inter-city Railway And Regional Economics

Recent years, the constant construction and development of the inter-city railway in our country improve the comprehensive transportation level for urban agglomeration, bring qualitative leap in travel between cities business, travelling, shopping. At the same time, regional economic development level affects the investment in inter-city railway construction and operation and traffic generation. They contacts and restrains mutually, their coordinated development can provide good support conditions for the urban agglomeration development, promotes urban agglomeration fast and healthy development. However, at present stage, the inter-city traffic and regional economy still exists many problems in our country, there is no enough attention to the relationship between the regional economy and inter-city traffic. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent for the healthy and orderly development of the urban agglomeration to study the inter-city railway and the region economy coordinated development; it has the important practical significance.The paper takes Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan for example, uses the system engineering analysis method, qualitative and quantitative methods to study intensively the inter-city railway and the region economy coordination problems, the main work is as follows:First, the basic concept and theory related to coordinated research of inter-city railway and region economy are concluded and summarized.Second, the interaction of inter-city railway and regional economic are summarized. One is that the inter-city railway can guide the economic development and economic structure for the optimization; the other is that the needs of economic development to transportation, thus further change the transportation structure trend. At the same time, mechanism of action and operation mechanism between both of them are put forward.Third, according to the influence factors of inter-city railway and the region economy coordinated development, from the structure and scale, operational efficiency, constructability of inter-city railway system, the scale structure and benefits of regional economic system, index system is established, which can reflect a coordinated degree, and the coordination degree evaluation model is construction by coupling theoryFourth, a program for coordinated evaluation of inter-city railway and the region economy is established initially by the platform of VB2010, which is integrated with ArcEngine. The main function modules include GIS basic operation module, subsystem index module, and comprehensive evaluation moduleFinally, the comprehensive evaluation of coordination degree between Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan inter-city railway and the region economy is analysised. According to the evaluation, comprehensive development countermeasures and suggestions suggest the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan inter-city railway and regional economic are put forward.
