Private Listed Company Competitiveness Evaluation Research

In today’s fierce market competition, enterprises need to continuously improve their competitiveness to survive and develop. With the growing ranks of private enterprises, private enterprises listed on the gathering momentum, but the competitiveness of private listed companies is very weak compared with state-owned listed companies and other types companies. Private listed companies in the fierce market competition to survive, they must strengthen their capacity building, access to competitive advantage. However, we must objectively and scientific evaluate their competitiveness firstly, so as to understand the relevant defects and deficiencies. Thus, private listed companies Competitiveness study is of great significance. The main study and research results are as follows:(1) The passage introduces the research background of the evaluation of the competitiveness of private listed companies, puts forwards its theme, purpose and content.(2) Then give an account of the theory basis and related research of competitiveness of enterprises and competitiveness evaluation methods. On the ground of it, the passage defines the content of private listed companies this paper studied and clears the three conditions that private listed companies in the paper must meet.(3) The passage analyses the formation mechanism and the factors affecting the competitiveness of private listed companies, uses expert investigation method to screen and ultimately determine the competitiveness of private listed company evaluation index system, selects the factor analysis as evaluation method obtained private listed companies competitiveness evaluation model.(4) The passage finally uses the evaluation model in competitive evaluation of private listed companies in Hunan, Hubei, Henan central provinces of China, uses SPSS13.0statistical analysis software to factor analyze them and obtain the results of evaluation, also made a discussion about the result, so as to confirm the meaning of theory and reality.
