In today’s society, Chinese market has come very naturally and gradually into the global competition in the market, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more complicated and diversified, the focus of competition has been slowly from the product itself brand value, high technology, performance level, price level offset to the enterprise architecture of marketing channels. Effective marketing channel management, the marketing channel management attention to the height of enterprise strategy, has become the enterprise in the market competition to win a magic weapon for victory.Marketing channels does not belong to the internal resources of enterprises marketing elements in the market competition. With the differences in the products become increasingly smaller, the imbalance of demand and supply in the market competition is very important, established a relatively perfect and highly efficient marketing channels and carries on the effective management will increase the success of the enterprise. Therefore, the core competitiveness of enterprises is also reflected in the marketing channel management operation.Marketing channel is one of the important factors restricting the development of enterprises, and domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on marketing channels. From the marketing channel theory breakthrough, this paper launched on the medical device marketing channel evolution, current situation, development trend and analysis of the existing problems, and summed up the response and LD medical equipment manufacturers have similar enterprises is relatively reasonable marketing channel model in reference to domestic and foreign theoretical literatures of foundation. Based on the marketing from the establishment and optimization of channel, restriction and incentive, risk and control of several aspects to analyze the marketing channel management model.The purpose of this study, aimed at the management of marketing channels theory and related problems on the basis of the study, put forward a set to be able to promote production enterprise and the marketing channel benign operation achieve win-win situation solution.
