Research On The Development Of Circular Economy With Chinese Characteristics

Developing circular economy has become an international trend, it is also the onlyway for China to achieve sustainable economic and social development and building amoderately prosperous society under the condition of resources shortage andenvironment deterioration brought by rapid economic growth. It is necessary andurgent to take on the study on "circular economy development of Chinesecharacteristics ", the study has certain theory value and practice significance.Firstly, the study is conducive to further clarify the idea, concept and principle ofcircular economy, and it can give us theoretical support to develop circular economy inour country；secondly, it is conducive to further enrich and perfect the theory ofcircular economy with the characteristics of the times studying the theory under thenew situations；thirdly, the study will contribute to bring more concern and support tothe development of circular economy development, and the plan, implement of circulareconomy will be put a more prominent place and cause the participation of the wholesociety；Finally, it is contribute to implement the scientific outlook on developmentbetter all over the nation, jointly promote the development of circular economy and thesustainable development of economy, society, resources and environment on studyingcircular economy development of Chinese characteristics, systematically summarizedthe mode and countermeasure in developing circular economy in China.The paper sums up the domestic and foreign theoretical research and developmentpractice under the Marx doctrine in China from the perspective of research to thedevelopment of circular economy as the breakthrough point. It also clarify the mainmodels that can be taken in developing circulation economy in the agriculture, industry,service industry development based on the Chinese characteristics, adapt to the futuredevelopment, hold to systematization, applicability and high efficient utilization ofresources, ecological and environmental friendly principle. The paper also gives thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese characteristic andprovides some thought and method on the development of circular economy from thepublicity and education, system support, science and technology to prop up, lawguarantee and so on.The paper consists of preface and text, the text has five parts. The first partsummarizes the circular economy, clarifies the three theory basis and the threefundamental principles of circular economy, traces entire development process from the origin, infancy to the development. The second part sums up the effectiveness withfive aspects and pointes out the existing problems of five aspects under a full analysisof the development of circular economy in current situation in China. The third partlists some representative of the typical propulsion mode in Germany, Japan, Denmark,the United States and France and gets five enlightenments from seriously study thedevelopment of circular economy in international practice. The fourth part analyze indetail the establishment of ecological agriculture system, ecological industry system,green service industry system, and " vein industry" system of Chinese characteristicsseparately, gives the strategic choice of Chinese characteristic loop economicdevelopment under the analysis of domestic and foreign development situation,drawing lessons from foreign typical experience foundation. The fifth part gives outcorresponding countermeasure proposal on four respects from the publicity andeducation guidance, system support, science and technology support and guarantee ofthe law to ensure that the circular economy with Chinese characteristics developmentstrategy to be carried out smoothly.This article mainly study on the development problem of circular economy withChinese characteristics through literature study, comparative analysis andcomprehensive study.
