Facing the realistic situation of China’s unbalanced regional economic development, the development degree of the land around the market also reflects enormous discrepancy, which has caused a series of socio-economic problems, such as the tax system reform,’ Land Finance" rapid expansion of land under the local government-based interest-driven disorder, and intergenerational uneven development due to blind transfer payments. Based on the analysis, this article studies the disparities in regional development of the urban land transfer market. With preliminary statistical analysis of regional development discrepancy of urban land transfer market in Hubei Province, the introduction of the ESDA theory and methods, inter-city land transfer market, the global auto correlation and partial autocorrelation analysis, the article has explored global discrepancy and spatial differentiation, and has ultimately provided policy recommendations for the proper guidance and improvement the urban land transfer market. The main results achieved in this article are as following:(1) the overall development of the urban land transfer market in Hubei Province is at a high level.(2)It is obvious that the degree of development of land transfer market differs in the major cities in Hubei Province.As follows:First, there is a big discrepancy on the development between Wuhan and other prefecture-level cities; Second, there are some gaps between the edge cities in Hubei Province and the neighboring cities of Wuhan City, on the aspect of the land transfer market level.(3) The statistical analysis showed a more substantial expansion of the trend in the absolute discrepancy of the regional development of the urban land transfer market in Hubei Province, but a narrowing trend of smaller magnitude in relative discrepancy. Besides, the trend has hardly changed in years.(4) spatial data exploration analysis showed that Hubei Province, the global low self-relevance, local autocorrelation performance of the poor cluster effect, and fully shows that the city of Hubei Province, the land transfer market mutual leading role in the development. Performance for the urban land transfer market development, higher levels of the low level of development in the city leading role was not significant, the level of development is lagging behind most cities because of a variety of reasons, the development of long-term lag at a low level of development.
