The logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is a kind of supply chain which base on thecapacity cooperation. Logistics service’s capacity acquisition, integration and optimizationbecame the key factor to the cooperation and coordination of logistics services supply chain.Based on the analysis of related literature and research status quo in LSSC, the thesis ismainly concerned with how to design optimal coordination mechanism for LSSC includingcoordination system, service capacity coordination in LSSC.The Bullwhip effect in logistics service supply chain is the phenomenon that thelogistics capacity fluctuations get better upstream the supply chain. It may cause resourcewaste and risk increasing. But the research of bullwhip effect in LSSC is nearly a gap athome. The paper first structured a four-stage LSSC using VENSIM for analysis andoptimization. The results in this study confirm the occurrence of upstream amplification ofservice capacity fluctuation in LSSC, and service capacity being a more appropriatemeasure for bullwhip effects in LSSC than inventory levels, and show that:the servicedelay time are in positive correlation with the effort of bullwhip effect, while therelationship between adjusting time of logistics service capacity and the effort of bullwhipeffect exists a clear shape of "inverted V", the safety service capacity is the shape of V.Then the paper structured a supply chain with a core company as the serviceintegration, along with motivation and punishment mechanism. Based on the model, thepaper studied the cooperation effect of the supply chain. In this model, the paper analyzedthe effect of capacity coordination in the joint decision-making and Stackberg modes, usingMatlab software for numerical simulation. The results showed that: the effect of capacitycoordination in the Starkberg mode is better; after sharing the demand information, how theservice providers make their capacity plan depends on the performance of the supply chain, but has nothing to do with the motivation and punishment mechanism.
