Our country’s agriculture reveals a lot of weakness under the fierce global competition,such as low level of industrialization, management, value chain, information ability anddegree of organization scattered. And in recent years, the quality and safety of food incidentscontinuously appeared. All the above indicate that the development of Chinese agriculture isfacing many problems. The key of resolving these problems are to improve the operation ofthe agricultural products supply chain efficiency and competitiveness. The application ofinternet of things in the agricultural products supply chain is the right key. It can improve theinformation technology level and integrate the whole supply chain. This paper analyzes thebusiness process in aquatic products supply chain after the adoption of internet of things andthe factors which influence the adoption of internet of things in aquatic products supply chain,which can help the enterprises in the supply chain implement internet of things.Firstly, according to the knowledge and application status of internet of things, combiningwith the survey of aquatic enterprise, this paper analyzed the business process of agriculturalsupply chain(based on the aquatic products supply chain for example)while applying internetof things. Then proposed the construction of agricultural products supply chain managementbased on application of internet of thins, including the network structure and system levelarchitecture.Secondly,this paper summarized the factors which influence the adoption of internet ofthings(or RFID) based on literature research, constructed TOE framework of factors whichinfluence the adoption of internet of things in agricultural supply chain. The construction wascombined with the real condition of enterprise. All the factors were defined for follow-up dataanalysis and model test.Thirdly, this paper analyzed the data which got through questionnaire. The method ofSEM model and the soft of AMOS were used when analyzed the data. Analysis methodincluding: reliability analyzing, model evaluating, etc. Finally, the final TOE framework ofinfluence factors was constructed according to the results of analysis.
