Assessment On Land Use Multifunction In HaiYan County, QingHai Province

Based on the research findings of the functional assessment on land use both at home and abroad, the thesis selects western ecologically fragile areas-Haibei Haiyan County as the study area. The thesis analyses the characteristics and existing problems of land use in the area, and superimposes administrative division and slope map to ascertain the evaluation unit. After that, the thesis applies analytic hierarchy process to decide the weight, and uses fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to decide which estimation scale each evaluation unit belongs to. Finally, the author does a comparative analysis between the characteristics of recourses and environment and the evaluation result of each unit, and proposes some suggestions on land use. The thesis mainly contains the following parts:Chapter one is the introduction. It mainly talks about the background and significance of the present study. It makes a systematic analysis of the functional assessment on land use both at home and abroad, and proposes the technical routes and innovation point of the study.Chapter two gives us elaborate explanations to the basic theory/related concepts of the functional assessment on land use.Chapter three talks about the methods of the functional assessment on land use, including determine the evaluation unit, construct the judgment matrix and determine the weight of the evaluation unit; using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to determine the evaluation sets, build the membership function and select the evaluation principles.Chapter four makes the general situation of the study area clear. It summarizes the situation, characteristics and existing problems of the land use, and lays the foundation for the analysis of multi-functional characteristics of the land use in the study area.Chapter five gives a multi-functional evaluation of the land use in Haiyan County, which contains the following aspects:(1) According to the slope map and administrative divisions, Haiyan County is divided into16evaluation units.(2) According to the principles of establishing index system, the multi-functional evaluation system of land use totally includes16evaluation factors. (3) Construct the judgment matrix; determine the weight of factor layer, element layer, target layer and decision layer.(4) Use fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to analyze the situation of land use in Haiyan County.(5) Analyses the distribution situations of three functions of society, economy and ecology and eight sub-functions of social security, employment and so on. It describes the distribution range of each function from a high value to low value, and the environmental characteristics of the regional resources.Chapter six analyses the sustainable use state of each evaluation indicator of the factor layer, eight functions of the element layer and three functions of the target layer of every evaluation unit. It also proposes countermeasures and suggestions considering the regional characteristics.Chapter seven is the conclusion. It mainly gives a brief summary of the research findings, and also analyses the limitations of the thesis.
