The Western Urbanization Construction Investment And Financing Of Supply And Demand Equilibrium Research

Investment and financing (I&F) is the core of modern economy, there is a close relationship between I&F and the development of urbanization. Urbanization development needs adequate funding, balanced relationship between urbanization I&F supply and demand, and efficient management of urbanization I&F. They are conductive to promote the further development of urbanization. So, the urbanization I&F research is the core research in the west of China. How to evaluate the situation and problem about the urbanization I&F supply and demand in the western region of China is very significant. It will be helpful to break the bottleneck in the process of Western Urbanization I&F, to improve the western I&F efficiency, thus to further promote the western urbanization process.This paper firstly describes the concepts and theories on Urbanization and I&F. summarizes the domestic and international urbanization I&F research trends, and theoretically analyses that urbanization I&F is an important motive force to the urbanization development in the west of China. Secondly, comprehensively evaluating the investment and financing amount, structure and other aspects of the western urbanization I&F; and then using statistical analysis and trend to predict the urbanization I&F equilibrium of supply and demand situation of12western provinces during the12th Five-Year Plan. Thirdly, being based on the ICOR index and DEA efficiency analysis method, this paper calculates western urbanization I&F efficiency. So, Revealing the shortage of funds and unreasonable structure is the bottleneck of the western urbanization development.And confirms the insufficient investment,unreasonable structure and lower efficiency is the direct cause of the western urbanization I&F imbalance, and the fundamental cause of the western urbanization of the development block.The paper end with a summary of the research achievements, predict the urbanization I&F equilibrium of supply and demand situation of12western provinces during the12th Five-Year Plan. Then put forward the corresponding policy suggestions, that constructs a comprehensive investment framework which is the key to solve the western urbanization investment and financing imbalance.
