Farmers In The Process Of Land Circulation Rational Action Choice Logic Research

The land transfer research is one of the important content of China’s land resources management research. In recent years, because of the steady decline of the agricultural land area, the issue of rural land transfer concerned with more and more experts and scholars. However, the land transfer in the promotion of rural areas has been regarded as a difficulty. The reason is the lack of government cadres and village organizations which are selected to understand farmers’behavior, while the land transfer decision-making and implementation depends on the Government. Through the analysis of different regions of farmers and grass-roots government of Henan Province, the main behavior and influencing factors, intended to provide reference and recommendations to solve the rural issues and build a new socialist countryside.This paper selects Zhengzhou City, Henan Province Shibalihe town (suburb), Ningling (plain), the Citizens County (plain pilot), County (mountains),296farmers as the object of study visits, research, theoretical and empirical work analysis and summarizes the relationship between the behavior of China’s land transfer involved in the main analysis of the mutual relations between the action selection behavior of factors affect the farmers interests.
