With the gradual deepening of electric power marketing and change of grid enterprise development mode, the volatility of new energy power generation and diversification of the main outgoing engineering, combined with the original large-scale investment in power grid construction projects, long recovery time and other issues, making the economic factors in decision-making stands an increasingly important position. At the same time, other new features, such as the complicate the decision-making factors, the increasing uncertainty and the diversification of decision-making factors, raised new problems and challenges for the grid construction investment project evaluation decision. So, faced with such a large scale of investment in renewable energy, how to quantitativly analysis the uncertainty in the economy evaluating of power grid construction projects, how to meet the next stage of the investment funds, how to optimize grid investment project selection and management, how to make the rational economic evaluation of grid construction and optimization strategies repository, became a hot topic for grid companies.First, from the concept of construction projects, the characteristics of the grid project economic evaluation under the new situation are analyzed. And in view of data processing flaws in traditional evaluation methods, the new research results was introduced in order to avoid the constraints of uncertainty analysis, such as vague comprehensive evaluation method, real options, the number of blind methods. Secondly, from the two main of the power generation companies and power grid companies, considering the uncertainty factors in the process of building power (the running costs of power, electricity transmission, etc.), the model on economic evaluation of grid capital projects was established. Then, taking a renewable energy power generation projects for example, the effectiveness and practicality of the model was verify accessfully.Third, the linkage management between grid repository management and investment effectiveness assessment was designed. There are four areas optimized pre-construction project management, specifically generated from the project mechanism, the project repository management, network investment efficiency evaluation, feedback optimization four areas. At the same time, this paper proposed safeguard mechanism for joint management, analysised to achieve the desired effect after linkage, to provide better investment decisions and management programs for the power grid companies.
