Post Project Evaluation Of ABC Coal Gangue Power Plant

This paper analyzes the status of post construction project evaluation at home and abroad, describes the concepts and content of the post project evaluation, lists several common methods of evaluation, and points out the role of post project evaluation. Because of the significance of post construction project evaluation for coal gangue power plant, the authors studied the ABC coal gangue power plant combined with the methods and characteristics of comprehensive evaluation. The project implementation procedure, the economic benefits and results, the environmental and social impact, and the sustainability of the project have been evaluated and analyzed. In the process of the environmental and social impact evaluation and the sustainability evaluation, the corresponding indicators and standards have been established, which have important academic value and practical significance.According to the actual research data of ABC powcr plant construction projccts conducts in-depth analysis and research on the post evaluation of environmental and social impacts and sustainability of Power plant construction project. Set up the corresponding indicator system, and calculated by triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FEAHP),then got the credible conclusions. Compare the power plant construction project to the similar unit, summary of all aspects of power plant in gaps and experiences can be learned from.. Put forward countermeasures and suggestions for issues needed improvement.The establishment of ABC coal gangue power generation project post evaluation system and the application of comprehensive evaluation provide a scientific method for thermal power plant post construction project evaluation system, the implementation basis for the newly-built power plants afterward, and also the theoretical basis and reference standards for the post evaluation of the same type of units.
