Ningbo Sansheng Commodity Co., Ltd, is an emerging direct sales companies approved by the Ministry of Commerce, founded in2004. Direct sales industry in China, as an alternative to the traditional sales channels, since entering the Chinese market, has been in a sensitive area, direct selling company’s social reputation and brand image, play a direct impact on the survival and development. As the direct sales industry rookie, the Sansheng is facing serious challenges about strict government supervision, media attention, intense competition within the industry and the rapid development of the requirements of the corporate image. Sansheng how to strengthen public relations management, to win the trust of the government, media and public, establish a good corporate image, there is no specialized research.According to the author’s practical experience about Ningbo Sansheng company public relations management positions, integrate the ideas and theories of public relations management, described the status of Ningbo Sansheng company public relations management, pointed out the main problems in the current public relations management:public relations management does not have clear objectives and planning; corporate image (CIS) building does not meet the expected level; the effects of corporate welfare activities is poor; did not establish a complete system of crisis management; lack of the dealer’s public relations management, etc. And solve the above problem, from the perspective of the environmental impact of public relations, analysis of the impact Sansheng public relations management efficiency factors.Last, the paper presents the main countermeasures to improve the management of the Sansheng company public relations:improve relationship management with stakeholders; formulate public relations management strategies; make a continuous strategy of corporate welfare activities; establish strict system of crisis management; attention and development the pr on line; establish the operational processes of the public relations department; improve the quality of public relations practitioners, etc. Paper tries to explore a management mechanism that can improve the efficiency of corporate public relations management.
