With reforming and opening up more than30years, the family business as a new fresh troopsof Socialist Marketing Economy in our country, makes great contribution to our social employment,economic growth and other aspects, however, because of its special growing environment, thefamily business which has completed original capital accumulation pursues further development, itsmanagement mode which only to pay as pure costs caused the problems comes out increasingly,which seriously restricted the further development of Chinese family business expansion.In view of that, this article will analyze problems of family enterprise salary managementstarting from the microscopic aspects, such as lacking of competitiveness in salaries,ignoredinherent compensation,unreasonable salary structure, deprivation of incentive compensationsystems. And taking employment, the total profit,the total wages, welfare expenditures andexpenditure of training in the management as the main index, discuss the relationship between thefamily enterprise salary management, profit and social responsibility by SPSS regression analysismethod, and then trying to build the connection model of family enterprise salary management,earnings and social responsibility, at the same time, using the model, as for problems in the familyenterprise salary management, make suggestions which include weakening Family-basedmanagement, setting up the salary management concept″with human as basis″, perfecting welfaresystem, giving full play to the role of the salary incentive measures. On the one hand, makingfamily enterprise absorb to the required human resources; On the other hand, making employees offamily enterprise get satisfactory and incentive salary, thus that prompt the two sides to reach awin-win situation, guarantee the family enterprise realize the sustainable development.
