Research On Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Qingliu

Since the beginning of21st century, China’s leisure industry has developed rapidly; leisureconsumption has gradually become a kind of fashion, and the structure of leisure consumption areupgrading. Leisure agriculture is an important part of the leisure industry and set a new travelformat which combines the agriculture and tourism. In recent years, with the rapid development ofeconomy and society, agriculture multifunction beginning to show strong demand for leisureactivities in China, which leads to the emergence and rapid development of leisure agriculture. Asan emerging industry, the development trend of leisure agriculture is optimistic. At the same time,government’s attention of the leisure industry brings about new opportunities to the developmentof leisure agriculture of Qingliu.Firstly, the literature method was adopted in this study to summarize the current researches ofleisure agriculture in both home and abroad and define the concept of leisure agriculture, domesticand international leisure agriculture development mode, function, and characteristics wereintroduced, and the background and significance of leisure agriculture of Qingliu County weresummarized.Secondly, the paper applied the SWOT analysis method to SWOT analyze the developmentof leisure agriculture of Qingliu County, a comprehensive analysis of the strengths andweaknesses of the Qingliu County was made, and pointed out the opportunities and challengesthat currently exist due to the external environment. Through the comparative analysis of internaland external conditions, the author believes that Qingliu County should take the SO strategy todevelop leisure agriculture. In this study, resources of leisure agriculture of Qingliu County wereclassified, a detailed analysis of the various types of resources can bring leisure and recreationactivities was made, and through questionnaires, tourists’ tend of Agritourism activities weresurveyed, which help to understand the market potential of development of leisure agriculture, anddetermine the type of development of leisure agriculture in Qingliu County.Then, using the typical case analysis method, system analyzed the course of development,development advantage and business model of the successful case of “Five Golden Flowers” ofChengdu. Combined with the actual local conditions of Qingliu County and summaried thesuccessful practices and experiences of similar areas, this paper proposed the suitable local leisure mode for agricultural development.Qingliu is a County with rich tourism resources and beautiful ecological environment, leisureagriculture is the internal need of the new stage of agricultural development, and is also anobjective requirement for sustainable development of agriculture. Finally, based on the localleisure agricultural development of Qingliu County, from the successful experience to find ways,this paper explored and discussed the logic and local adapted suggestions for the development oflocal leisure agriculture: Government to strengthen the guidance to create a good atmosphere forthe development of leisure agriculture; reasonable planning and layout, to improve the leisuretourism environment; highlight the characteristics of Qingliu to explore innovative leisureagriculture development model; increase investment and the establish service facilities ofagricultural tourism; train professionals and optimize the service levels; attach importance to thepropagandizing of tourism and shaping local leisure agricultural brands; encouraging farmers toparticipate and protect the interests of farmers; strengthening regional cooperation, give play to theagglomeration advantages of leisure tourism; insist on the liberalization of development,strengthening the leisure agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
