Study On The Time Management Of Renren Mobile Client Development

With China’s rapid growth of internet and mobile communications services, mobile internet service development gradually become the strategy of internet company. With the number of internet and mobile phone users rapidly expand, also, the rapid growth of3G smart phone, especially the three Operator’s in China trying best to promote smart phone which price under1000RMB, this all let the era of mobile internet become true.In order to occupy mobile internet field, increase the users’ loyalty, provide better and efficient service, RenRen, the biggest SNS in China, decide to develop mobile client. Base on the development of mobile client between most internet companies, time management is strictly demanded on this project. How to effectively control, arrange the progress properly, make sure the mobile client deliver on time, time management is the key point.In this paper, through the case of RenRen mobile client development, propose time management identification, response strategies, tools, resulting in effective project implementation process of timing control, provide the experience sharing and management reference of similar construction of time management.
