Study Of Industrys Choice&Distribution On The Guidong Region Undertake The Tranfer Of Manufacturing

In order to promote the industries which are in coastal area gradient transfer to central and western regions reasonable, and to adjust actively China’s industrial structure and change the mode of economic development, and to ease the divide between rich and poor, In October2010, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the Guangxi eastern received a demonstration zone implementation program of industries transferring, cleared Wuzhou, Guigang, Yulin, and the Hezhou who became core carriers of undertaking industrial transfer from east, especially the Pearl River Delta in the next ten years. The Guangxi eastern demonstration zones of industries transferring as the support platform for undertaking the manufacturing transfer faced to the economically developed regions such as Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, have great significance on exploring reasonable and effective mode to undertake the manufacturing transfer for Guangxi eastern.Therefore, the paper view industries select and distribution about Guangxi eastern to undertake the manufacturing transferring from Guangdong, the first, the paper used the comparative analysis to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi eastern while Guangdong’s manufacturing transferring. Then it used industrial gradient model to analysis the manufacturing which the cities should choose to undertake. Followed by analyzing on the manufacturing development level and the Krugman’s specialization index of four cities, applying of point-axis distribution mode, and it made an empirical analysis for Specific corresponding distribution by the gray relational grade. On this basis, in the end, I proposed the proposals and policies of Guangxi eastern in undertaking the manufacturing transfer.The paper’s main innovations are:(1)My analysis of the relative gradient coefficient model attempt to introduce the ecological index which was used to measure the ability of ecological protection, to added and corrected parameters based on the original model.(2) Using of Paul Krugman’s point axis distribution of new economic geography theory, and to enrich the research level of gradient transfer, and innovative to combine industrial transfer and distribution in the low-gradient regions;(3) The paper use gray relational theory to analysis manufacturing distribution and selection, to explore method of avoiding internal friction in competition with each other’s, and improve the choice of the undertaking process of manufacturing.
