Performance management is very important to modern enterprise management system, as a dramatic infrastructure for performance management system, It keep continually developing and reforming to ensure the strategic objectives to be carried out and being monitored, For construction company, It’s very meaningful and positive to import and carry out performance management effectively, how to set up a suitable performance management system becomes a very urgent target for enterprise management.This paper takes the performance management on China CMIIC for example to research how to set up an integrated performance management system.
