The construction of a conservation-oriented society demands in the social production,construction, current, consumption in all areas. We must protect all kinds of resourcescogently and use them reasonably, improve the efficiency of resource use, use the minimalconsumption of resources to maximize the economic benefit and social benefit. Commercialuse of city land as an important part of the economy, affects the city construction landutilization level and the industry development directly, so we have to pay attention to it.Commercial land intensive utilization evaluation of quantitative research andqualitative research from two aspects, the qualitative research on regularity summary,quantitative research qualitative research is to provide data support. For the result ofevaluation is specific and convincing, first of all we need to do are collecting accurate dataand constructing related data organization model.In the business of land intensive use, commercial land use data mainly from twoaspects: one is the urban cadastral data,the other is economic census data. Cadastral database unit for land, economic census data for the basic unit for the industrial activity unit,this article uses the mixed land use allocation method of these two kinds of data, nationalindustry categories of industrial land use data, solveing the single case with multipleindustrial activity point correspondence problem.On the basis of this, this article carries out the city commercial land intensiveutilization evaluation, the center city is the evaluation range, the commercial land is themain research object, making the evaluation index system, and the preparation ofcommercial land intensive use standard, for the regional industrial land optimal allocationand regulation of management decision-making provide technical support.This article first defines the definition of city commercial use, through the analysis ofcommercial land saving use connotation, establish city commercial land utilizationevaluation concept, after the city of commercial land utilization status was evaluated andanalyzed in Hefei City, as an example of its commercial land saving degree evaluation,evaluation index system including commercial land use scale, intensity, structure and layoutof the evaluation. Simultaneous analysis of city commercial layout of commercial landutilization of important influence. The final analysis of the business enterprise land savingutilization degree, combined with the evaluation results were analyzed.From the evaluation results, The macroscopical intensive degree of Hefei city is0.45,intensive degree of overall level is in the middle level, but the indicator layers of theevaluation are different. The commercial scale of land use degree of satisfaction is0.55, the degree of satisfaction is0.50, the degree of strength satisfaction is0.39, the degree ofsatisfaction for the layout is0.28, showing a relatively intensive and extensive state.
