As a common form of business organization, family-owed-business plays an important role inthe economic and social development. In China, we have a strong family cultural, so inheriting hisfather’s career have profound cultural foundation. It’s a common pattern for FBO from generation togeneration. But simple inheriting his father’s already can not meet the development needs of thecontemporary family business, we have to explore a new mode of inheritance—Internal Heritage.From the universality of the family business, this paper summed up three basic issues for FBO tobe solved, the issue of property rights, management structure and power succession. The theoreticalconcept is put forward after literature review.Based on classical theories of the three-circle modeand stakeholder theory,the inheritance mode for FBO is studied, which is under the influence ofChinese traditional culture.And internal heritage mode,fitted contemporary family business, isproposed.This paper obtained the advantage of the internal inheritance from the point of view of theoreticaland practical analysis, corporate culture is recognized by internal managers, sharing a commonvision with the majority of employees, sharing enterprise networks. Combined with our familybusiness characteristics, internal inheritance pattern has been designed to provide a reference modelfor the family business heritage. Hoping to provide some useful reference value for of the familybusiness, I believe that the heritage of the family business will have a new breakthrough.
