| Economic globalization and resource elements tensions brought a severechallenge about cost advantage of industrial clusters, exacerbated market competitionfor China’s industrial clusters of enterprises, and by the economic globalization,market competition, and influence of many well-known domestic and foreignenterprises to explore the development of a successful third-party logistics,third-party logistics has become the focus of widespread concern. The third-partyjoint distribution takes advantage of the vehicle loading capacity, reduces distributioncosts, and improves efficiency and service quality than the independent distribution.To design efficient joint distribution strategies for the industrial cluster enterprises toreduce logistics costs is of great significance.In this thesis, the relevant mechanism of the logistics outsourcing jointdistribution was analysed in industrial clusters based on system analysis and industryeconomic theory, and then analyzes the collaborative model of logistics outsourcingin industry cluster. The mathematic model and algorithm of logistics outsourcing wasproposed in industry cluster based on mathematical planning and logisticsmanagement, and conduct simulation and testing. Finally, some policyrecommendations of developing logistics outsourcing industry cluster were presentedbased on transaction cost theory and corporate capabilities. The main innovations areas follows.(1) Mechanism analyses of logistics outsourcing joint distribution in industrycluster. Analysis of the industrial cluster concept, meaning, and related characteristics,further analysis of the characteristics, patterns and interactions of logisticsoutsourcing in industrial clusters, the collaborative modes, features and advantages ofjoint distribution in industrial clusters are analyzed. On this basis, the basic types andcharacteristics of joint distribution patterns of logistics outsourcing were analysed,and the related collaborative strategies of joint distribution logistics outsourcing werefurther proposed in industrial cluster.(2) Collaboration distribution model and algorithm analyses of outsourcinglogistics in industrial cluster. The vehicle routing problem of joint distributionlogistics outsourcing in industrial cluster was described as the open vehicle routingproblem with time windows, and the mixed integer programming model of this problem was presented. And an improved genetic algorithm with adaptive ability wasproposed to solve the problem.Numerical experiments shown that the improvedgenetic algorithm can effectively solve the vehicle routing problem of jointdistribution logistics outsourcing, and joint distribution more effectively save costthan independent distribution.(3)Logistics outsourcing development strategy in industry cluster.Thedevelopment strategy were proposed about developing logistics outsourcing inindustrial cluster from the three levels of such as government, logistics outsourcingenterprises and enterprises in industrial clusters. |
