Having analyzed the status of the studies about logistic distribution home and abroad, and the development of the researches into logistic distribution network; applying high service with low cost as the strategic target, and designing the distribution network based on cost factor and service factor, and also concentrating on researching the vehicle routing.Firstly, based on the effects and requirements of cost factor(inventory, transportation, facilities and handling, information, and so on) and service factor(response time, product variety, product availability, customer experience, order visibility, return ability, and so on), designing six representative styles about distribution network, analyzing and comparing the differences among them, and showing the using ranges of them on the basis of their characteristics; secondly, analyzing the various delivery networks' responsibility along different performance dimensions, it gave the suitability of different delivery designs in various situations, such as different demand product, many product sources, high product value, quick desired response, high product variety, low customer effort, and so on; thirdly, researching the vehicle routing. Relative to the studies of vehicle routing by other people, considering the effects of unusual accidents (such as traffic accidents, flood disaster, traffic jam, civil engineering, traffic control, and so on), Re-routing strategies were suggested, in order to making the logistic delivery more reasonable and efficient,; finally, studying the information system of logistic distribution network, ensuring the working efficiency and service level of logistic distribution by further step.
