China's International Service Outsourcing Industry In The Influence Factors Of Low-end Value Chain Research

As the rapid development of the internet and information technology, the economic structure also starts new relocation, the division of international regional industries also becomes more refined.The current economic trends provides a broad market prospect for international service outsourcing industry.Service outsourcing industry is a typical modern service industries of high scientific and technological content, low resources consumption, no environmental pollution and a full display of advantages in human resources. The industry provides great development opportunities for each country. Our country has been faced with the problem of the transition economic growth and promotion industrial upgrading. For various reasons, the development of our international service outsourcing meets certain obstacles, still at the low end of the value chain.So, it is necessary to study the factors for our low level international service outsourcing, thus we can promote the international competitiveness of our international service outsourcing.The article dose some research about existing literatures, makes a choise and analysis about the influnencing factors which make some side effect on China’s low level international service outsourcing industry.At last, makes research hypothesis from six influnencing factors which include service development level, scientific ability and horizontal, protection situation of intellectual property rights,RMB revalue situation, awarding enterprises domestic pressure and labor costs. On the premise,the article uses time series datas from1995to2008to make a positive analysis about the influnencing factors which make some side effect on China’s low level international service outsourcing industry. The influnencing factors include service development level, scientific ability and horizontal, protection situation of intellectual property rights,RMB revalue situation, awarding enterprises domestic pressure and labor costs.Results show that the influnencing factors including service development level, RMB revalue situation, awarding enterprises domestic pressure and labor costs have an significant affect on our low level service outsourcing industry,but other factors’effect is inconspicuous.At last the article make some relevant policies and suggestions.
