Multi-objective Production Planning And Scheduling For The Order Enterprise

Production planning and scheduling are the core of the enterprise, which decide the competitive power and future. Concerning the production planning, this paper proposes a new method of making multi-objective production planning, which uses the dynamic input-output function. This method not only satisfies the randomness demand of the order enterprise, but also has higher efficiency. With respect to production scheduling problem, a new method of solving Hybrid Flow-shop Scheduling problem based on HGA is proposed, as well as a new coding method for this problem. Corresponding crossover and mutation operators are given. These operators can easily keep the validity of the chromosome and the randomness of GA. An example of some roll work is given, whose results can show the availability of this method. Finally, this paper introduces the application of ERP in production planning and management.
