The Design Of The Industrial Economy Early Warning System Based On Ria And Implementation

Since reform and opening-up for40years, the economic power of China is gaining ground. How to manage and forecast the industrial economy more scientifically conveniently and effectively has become an important subject of current industrial economy management. Though traditional industrial economic system has effect on information management and monitor, users are not satisfied with some problems, such as not enough economic information, simplex form of results, bad interaction and interface of system. To improve the problems mentioned, Early-Warning System (EWS) of industrial economic based on RIA, which is combined with advantages between B/S and C/S Client, is needed to improvethe work efficiency and the information management level of government. Main study content involves:1. Key technologies. The industrial economy prototype early warning system of Chengdu is mainly developed with Silverlight technology on the ArcGIS Server10and Visual Studio2010platform. In the system development process, the advantages and disadvantages of RIA have been contrasted, analyzed and summarized, new temporal function modules in ArcGIS10has been used to simulate the evolution of the historical economic data indicators, etc.2. Study on the methods of economic early warning. It is one of the difficulties and the core of the system in this paper. Principal Component Analysis, Macro-economic climate of early warning model, Gray early-warning model and Comprehensive evaluation model, etc. have been used in data pre-processing, the determination of the warning limit and early warning result publishing.3. System Design and implementation. First, it has demand analysis on the system functional data. Second, spatial data and attribute data storage structure is designed, using a combination of SQL and ArcSDE. Third, the function of industrial economy early warning is achieved by establishing an objective indicator system and using existing early warning model. So far, basic functions have been achieved in system. But the economy early warning system will achieve the ultimate goal of economic situation warning accurately, such as economic information integration, economic information standardization, detecting and processing the economic crisis timely, Minimize the various losses, needing long-term maintenance and improvement, because of the unknown factors which are affecting the economy.
