In recent years, problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers have become our country’s current noticeable problems to be solved urgently; however, the property system of rural land reform is the key and core to the solution to these complex problems. Therefore, the reform of the rural land tenure system has already been pushed to the front position of the reform of rural economic system.
