Signal computer-monitoring system is to ensure traffic safety, to strengthen the signal equipment combined with the Department Management, and an important vehicular equipment for monitoring the running quality of the subway and railway signaling equipment. The system provides a scientific basis for the subway and railway user departments to grasp the current status of the equipment and make accident analysis.The Company Shenzhen CL was established with the foundation of development and production of railway communication and signal electronic equipment. So far, seven kinds of Railway Communication Signal products have got the certificate "Qualified Manufacturing Enterprise of Rail Transport Safety Equipment " awarded by the Ministry of Railways, being one of the designated suppliers of railway materials and equipments. In the rapid development of the premise of the subway industry, the enterprises should seize the opportunity to respond threats in advance and use scientific theory of management to improve the overall strength. In the external environment and internal conditions, they should use strategic analysis tools to implement comprehensive analysis to determine product development, competitive strategy, improve various security measures to enhance competitiveness in the industry.From analysis of enterprise internal value chain, it forms a unique development and operation modes in research and innovation, organization management, product services, marketing and human resources. However, analyzing the competitive structure of the National Underground Railway Industry, it can be seen that there are competitors and potential entrants in the industry. Every enterprise owns much stronger strength and the buyer has much higher bargaining power. These problems will impact and threat enterprise development in the future, so it needs competitive strategy to develop scientific, to improve comprehensive competitiveness and explore market actively.Currently, the state makes great effort to develop subway industry. The company mainly bases on Michal Porter’s theory and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the key factors which impacts on the development process of company. Differentiation is the mainly strategy and supplemented by the integration of cost leadership. That’s to say, on the basis of achieving service and brand differentiation, it should scientific select those low-cost market areas, expand operation scale and explore the subway and related fields actively to achieve the demands of low cost. All of these are Shen Zhen CL company’s computer monitoring strategy of subway project. The main measures of proposed competitive strategy to the implementation of safeguards are improving the rationalization of the organization, setting up new department in the need of company development, speeding up the construction of corporate culture to unite staff power to stimulate the potential of employee’s in order to promote the development of enterprises and form own unique culture slogans to strength finical management. It should focus on capital budget and finical forecast and decision-making. After the supervision of the past and reflect to the pre-control, stressed finical controls in the entire process of production and operation activities in order to achieve the promotion of enterprise production and management activities, control the cost of production operation and improve entire management. Technical and marketing talents play a leading role in company development if it wants to improve technical updates and marketing strategies in innovations. It should standardize the training, establish the demand-driving of training model, strength marketing capabilities and expand new business areas continuously.
