With China’s sustained and rapid economic development and the raising level ofurbanization, urban public transport as the main body of modern urban passenger transport inurban economic development plays an important role. Public transport companies in order togain a competitive advantage to meet the transportation requirements of a modern trend, weneed the appropriate human resource management system for protection. However, our publictransportation a serious shortage of human resources, coupled with a serious drain on its talentstructure is irrational, reason is the lack of public transport enterprises scientific and rationalhuman resource management model, which is the most critical level employees as a coremanagement and incentive pay system, build a good salary management system is to improvethe public transport system of human resource management a key aspect of urban publictransport enterprises is to promote sustainable and healthy development of the root base.In this study, the operation of public transport enterprises in Guangzhou present situationto the status quo and YQ company management level employees pay status as a researchbackground, in-depth analysis of companies in human resources management an importantpart of the compensation management problems, learn from benchmark companiescompensation management model, proposed YQ remuneration management study measures,including improving employment system, build a strong incentive pay system, pay attentionto non-material and other internal role, improve the performance appraisal system.Specifically from the salary management system, economy, salary, salaries, and paynon-economic management and performance appraisal and other different areas, review thecurrent situation to the status quo analysis of management strategies to introduce new payplan. YQ Company hopes to promote the compensation management for human resourcesmanagement system as well as construction and transport industries pay other companies toprovide learning management system reform.Finally, the study pointed out that incentive compensation is always the bus industry,human resources management of the most dynamic part, YQ company only by adhering todynamically adjust with the times, constantly reforming, always adhere to internal equity andexternal competition, combining to give full play the role of incentive compensation, rapidand healthy enterprise, orderly and coordinated development. To apply the theory ofcompensation management application of enterprise compensation management practice, YQbus company’s staff-level employees the stability and sense of belonging and recognition ofdegrees and the bus industry, the industry’s long-term stable development of some significance.
