The arcticle make ZhongCheng Inc as a research object in the way of case studies, theauthor has introduced and analyzed the Marketing strategy of ZhongCheng Inc and providedsome solution suggestions to key problems of Marketing strategy.In the key body of case description, the author firstly introduced the developmentprocess and main business and organizational structure of ZhengCheng Inc. As the importantcontent, the article introduced detailedly the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy,promotion strategy, green marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy.On the part of case analysis, the paper respectively analyzed the marketing enviromentby PEST model and competitive structure by the FiveForce model in order to find out theopportunities and threats. The paper also analyzed the Target Marketing by STP model so thatZhongCheng Inc can make reelection the Target Marketing.At the same time, the authorspend a lot of time in analyzing the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy,promotion strategy, green marketing strategy and relationship strategy of ZhengChengInc.After analyzing, the author indicate the shortage of marketing strategy and bring forwardsome solution suggestion.As the largest sodium hydrosulfite manufacturer and exporter in the world, ZhongChengInc has rich sucessful experience in marketing strategy, but the current marketing strategy hasquite a few problem and shortage and is necessary to be improved. By the research the case ofmarketing strategy of ZhongCheng Inc, the author hope to provide some reference and helpfor chemical company and industrial company in china.
