With the rapid development of tourism, the competition between hotels has been increasingly fierce, only improve competitiveness and gain competitive advantage, can the hotels acquire great development in the fiercely competition. As the service industry, only focus on employees, focus on the employees’job satisfaction, can hotels gain competitive advantages, however, in the hotel industry, the phenomena that low job satisfaction and high turnover are common, which lead to high manpower cost and poor management benefit, employee satisfaction has become one of the most concern problems in the hotel management. Corporate social responsibility performance can affect employees’job satisfaction, as the organization decision makers, the leaders’social responsibility orientation can affect the corporate social responsibility performance, but at present corporations are lack of social responsibility generally, based on this, this paper studies on the relationship between the employee perception of leaders’ corporate social responsibility orientation and job satisfaction, hope to help hotel leaders take social responsibility as orientation in the daily operating and management, perform corporate social responsibility, in order to reduce staff turnover rate and improve the competitiveness of hotels.This article analysed the relationship between the employee’s perception of leaders’corporate social responsibility orientation and job satisfaction, using the data collected from400employees of7five-starred hotel in changsha and xiangtan. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis with spss17.0, The results indicate that: after taking the work reward, work environment and work relationship which affect the job satisfaction as controlled factors,(1) employee perception of the leaders’ social responsibility orientation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction;(2) employees perception of the leaders’ economic responsibility orientation is positively relevant to job satisfaction;(3) employee perception of the leaders’legal responsibility orientation is positively relevant to job satisfaction;(4) employee perception of the leaders’moral responsibility orientation is positively relevant to job satisfaction;(5) the employee perception of the leaders’ charitable responsibility orientation and job satisfaction is not relevant.(6) employee perception of the leaders’legal responsibility orientation have the most significant positive effect on job satisfaction, followed for the employee perception of the leaders’economic responsibility orientation, and the employee perception of the leaders’moral responsibility orientation does not significantly influence on job satisfaction. According to the above conclusions, this article puts forward some suggestions for the hotel leaders. At the end of this paper, it points the innovation points and limitations of this study and the further research direction.
