With the solve of restraining factors in3G network technology and mobile phone,3G commercial application is increasingly stepped up and mobile phone has become the key for operators to expand market. In the smart phone era, the need for pronunciation business has decreased to some extent, while the demand for data services has increased substantially. Monitoring data shows that internet penetration and per capita flow have both increased greatly after using smart phones. Applications, such as Apple, Blackberry, Nokia shop, Google market and so on has dramatically increased their shop income with their enormous consumption growth space. As to the implementation of flow management strategy and the increase of company business income, how to develop more TD intelligent mobile phone users has exerted a key influence and it also brings about challenges and opportunities to China mobile phone operation.In2G businesses, as the three big operators with the same mobile phone system, the market promotion of mobile phones is majorly undertaken independently by manufacturers, while after the launch of3G business, with different phone system among the three big operators, mobile phone promotion becomes particularly important. Jiangxi Mobile has not only the most massive customer groups and channel resources, but also a dominant market position. Its three major brands GSM, MZONE and EASYOWN enjoy great popularity and account for more than90percent market share all the time. This article points out the existing problems in3G mobile phone promotions by analyzing the current situation of3G mobile phone market of Jiangxi Mobile, and by analyzing the SWOT of3G mobile phone market promotions of Jiangxi Mobile, it puts forward these promotion strategies:in order to create3G mobile phone brand, innovate comprehensive customer experience marketing mode, and improve3G terminal sales organization, fusion promotion for data services and3G mobile phones and integration for3G mobile phone industry promotion method are put forward so as to reverse the disadvantaged situation of Jiangxi Mobile3G mobile phone market promotion and to reach the overall development of Jiangxi Mobile3G business.
