Study On Sustainable Development Policies Of Animal Husbandry In Liuji Zhen Tong Shan Qu

Tong Shan District is one of the three major livestock farming areas in Xu Zhou, with goodhusbandry foundations and livestock-based processing level, husbandry has already become a key andcharacteristic industry of agricultural industrial structure in Xu Zhou, which is an important pathway ofrural economic development and farmers income increase.LiuJi zhen, located in Tong Shan District, was chosen as a model to study and analyse successfulpatterns and experiences of domestic and foreign husbandry development. In this study, we usedmethods including in field investigation, sruvey and data analysis to find out current situation andexisting problems of husbandry development in Liu Ji Zhen. We also summerized advantages whichLiu Ji Zhen owns in husbandry development, and put forward with more feasible development policies.In this study, we set up the research goal as to seeking sustainability in husbandrydevelopment,exploiting ways to join husbandry development and morden scientific techniques together,aiming at founding a ecological reasonable, economic efficient and environmental friendly mordenizedhusbandry development pattern, to realize a more healthy,harmony and sustainable development ofhusbandry in Liu Ji Zhen.Based on our investigation and study, we concluded following problems in husbandry development:government didn’t pay enough attention, singal farming pattern backward the time, farmingmanagement needs reinforcement, leading enterprises not strong, disease prevention, farming profit tobe improved, policies not fully executed; in livestock and poultry product processing, the mainproblems include: production and processing technology is limited, too deep-processing enterprises,quality and safety inspection system lags behind other issues. To solve these problems andshortcomings, Liu Jizhen in the future development of animal husbandry, infrastructure projects shouldbe taken of, feeding and management standardization, integrated disease control, feed rationing andother measures of quality, aquaculture in the region to achieve scientific development. In order topromote the overall development of animal husbandry LiuJi zhen, recommended that the Governmentincrease the overall guidance, policy support, technical support, market norms and other aspects ofbrand building efforts, give full play to the leading business model, leading and driving role inaccelerating the industrialization of animal husbandry,large-scale development, encourage technologicalinnovation, strengthen quality control to ensure product safety, animal health to achieve LiuJi zhen,efficient, and sustainable development.
