With the development of globa l economic, the limitation of historical costmeasurement attribute emerge adequately, a kind of new measurement pattern comesinto being——fair value measurement pattern. Although as a new thing, argumentabout it because of global financial crisis aroused by sub-credit crisis becomes moreand more drastically, the use of fair value measurement pattern is becoming a generaltrend based on the concept reflecting fully the decision usefulness view and havingthe important quality characteristic of relevance of its own. Ministry of Finance ofChina issued formally new enterprise accounting rules, introducing fair value again.Through t hese several years’ implementary, the overall condition is good, but it existsvarious of problems, for example, the determination of fair value doe sn’t conform tothe standard, industry feature influenced by performance is notable. As a result, it’snecessary to analyse fair value deeply in order to arouse the government to payattention to develop a nd pe rfect fair value attribute.After a comprehens ive review and extensive absorption on the former researchfindings, from a longitudinal perspective, this paper analyses dynamically theinfluence of fair value pattern applying in the financial industry listed companies onenterprise value. We draw a conclusion that in the initial measurement procedure,STFA has a positive correlation with corporate value, SSFA has a negative relevancewith corporate value, STFL has a non-linear relevance with enterprise value; in thesubsequent measurement procedure, CSFA has a non-linear correlation with corporatevalue, CTFAL’s relevance with enterprise is not obvious.
