However, The real estate market is a special market, our government has repeatedly adjust the real estate market and have positive effect, the land policy is one of the important control measures. The land is one of the basic means of production of the real estate business, land policy changes in the role of the real estate business is very significantly and affect the strategic choice of the real estate business. Housing as a basic living supplies to protect the lives of the residents, so that it is significant to China, China will continue to regulate the real estate market. In this backdrop, the real estate enterprises must adapt to the pace of China’s macro-control, and choose the appropriate strategic planning of the development of enterprises.In this paper, China’s real estate control policy is sorted out, and focuses on the changes of the land policy, thinking that the regulation of real estate in China is positive, and has enormous impact on businesses and the make. China’s real estate market regulation is a new stage; the real estate market structure will have a change, which is bound to experience the re-shuffling. For the problems, in the perspective of the land policy control, the author conducted a SWOT analysis for the strategic choice of real estate enterprises and obtained a number of conclusions, which have some practical value. Response to address the land policy regulation and maintain the stable development of enterprises with a certain reference value for our real estate business. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Study of the status quo of China’s real estate market and land policy.The study concluded that the effect of China’s land policy has enormous impact on the real estate business.
