The liquidity of commercial banks is relatively superfluous,for their own profitability as well as the central bank’s monetary policy implementationcapacity, and even the entire national economy growth rate can produce certain negativeeffect, thus referring to relevant literature, this paper will be the excess liquidity ofcommercial bank in China as research main content.Based on the excessive liquidity of commercial bank has carried on the theory todefine, think at present our country commercial bank liquidity excess liquidity assets isrelatively superfluous; And through the statistical data on the commercial banks inexcess liquidity conducted in-depth research and analysis, based on the monetarymarket interest rate, bad loan and the excess reserve rate etc analyzed our countrycommercial bank does exist the problem of excess liquidity; Through the theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis based on excess liquidity of commercial bank in Chinathis paper analyses the causes of bad loan, with the linear model as the analysis tool, thestudy selected said the causes of excess liquidity index, the results show that a largenumber of foreign exchange reserves and cash demand ratio decreases is the leadingcommercial the main reason for excess liquidity of bank; Secondly, this paper from fouraspects namely the commercial bank’s profit space, commercial bank’s risk management,the efficiency of financial resource allocation and macro-control dilemma of excessliquidity of commercial banks brings negative influence; finally, this article from thetwo aspects of macroscopic and microscopic proposed mitigation excess liquidity incommercial banks suggestions.
