At the end of2009, Jiangxi Province took the lead to issue “Development Planningabout Ten Strategic Emerging Industries of Jiangxi Province” in our country. In2011,Strategic Emerging Industries of Jiangxi Province achieved the main business income ofRMB853.82billion, and contributed45.2%to industrial growth of Jiangxi Province.Strategic Emerging Industries will be future dominant industries of economicdevelopment in Jiangxi Province and will be important industries to promote JiangxiProvince catching-up, scientific development and green uprising.As a new type of investment, Venture Capital plays an important role in promotingthe development of emerging industries. Venture Capital can provide capital for StrategicEmerging Industries of Jiangxi Province, and realize the combination of financial capitaland industrial capital. Making full use of Venture Capital can promote the developmentof Strategic Emerging Industries of Jiangxi Province, and then realize the sustainabledevelopment of economy in Jiangxi Province.Under the background of current situation and constraints of Strategic EmergingIndustries of Jiangxi Province, this paper focuses on how to handle the lack of funds inindustry development from the angle of using Venture Capital.
