The Research Of Chengdu "Public Transport Priority" Strategy

On the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign research result, based on the background of the development of foreign public transport priority carding reflection,we have a more comprehensive understanding of "public transport priority".With such a perspective, reviewing and investigating the present situation of Chengdu City public transport,we find solutions to Chengdu City give priority to the development of city public transportation,and analysis the problems that "public transport priority" development must pay close attention to.At last,we return to the problems of Chengdu City give priority to the development of city public transportation strategy research.Firstly,the author introduces relevant content of "public transport priority" and describes the current situation of domestic and foreign city public traffic develops roundly and systematically,such as public transportation and preferential connotation, implementation of public transit priority foreign experience, domestic main city bus priority development achievements.Clear the important significance of the research of "public transport priority",we has a comprehensive and profound understanding.On the basis of, through field surveys and other methods,we collect the first hand datas about Chengdu City bus priority policy implementation situation.Then, though bus market integration and so on,we research the measures and effects of Chengdu City bus priority,and point out still exist four major problems in the development of Chengdu City bus.In the end, the author proposes some tactics to promote the full implementation of Chengdu "public transportation priority" development strategy, including implementing traffic demand management, speeding up the construction of public transport infrastructure, setting up public transportation financial compensation mechanism, innovating integrated system of management of urban and rural areas in order to mitigate the traffic congestion and to speed up the building process of garden city.
