The Survey Research On The Urban Management Of Public Satisfaction Of Center City In Chengdu

With the continuous development of our economy and society, the accelerating process of urbanization,the complexity of urban management rises sharply.In the urban management, the public is the most direct and range of participants in the urban development. With the improvement of living standards,the public needs and demands for the urban management are also enhanced.So good urban management should be oriented for the public satisfaction.The text theoretically states relative principles of the urban management satisfaction by a questionnaire survey method.Take ChengDu as an example, issue public satisfaction survey questionnaires on the ChengDu urban management for empirical research.Use a SPSS software to analyze returned effective questionnaire data,calculate out the satisfaction degree on each aspect of the ChengDu urban management work, and analyze the effect of the factors such as the urban amenity order management, advertising signs’management, the cleaning of public area environmental health, house refuse collection and transportation management, sanitation facility management, municipal facility management, construction environmental management and the urban management administration execution on the public satisfaction. Finally, on the basis of scores and weights on all dimensions of the public satisfaction,we find out these items of low public satisfaction which need to be improved currently,then,conclude the public’s recommendations for the urban administrative department.
