HYT as a mainstream supplier of wireless communications field, and its products mainly for the walkie-talkie terminal cluster system, is widely used in the Government’s public safety departments, public utilities and industrial and commercial emergency communications, command scheduling and daily work communications and other fields.With the intensification of market competition, supply chain management has increasingly become an important means to gain competitive advantage. As British logistics scientist Martin Christopher said,"In an increasingly competitive acceleration, market competition is not enterprise-level competition, but the supply chain competition". The paper will focus on the development trend of the the HYT company supply chain management integration, to discuss the material requirements planning (material demand planning), according to the company’s own advantages in resources, development status and material control of the strategic position in the supply chain; from MRP principle, by extension, to material requirements planning to control materials, thus achieving the goal of reducing inventory. At present, there is an urgent need to improve supply chain management of an important period, and the HYT order to meet the increasingly fierce international competition, has a particularly important practical significance.Walkie-talkie are facing increasingly fierce market competition, the market has become more critical. The HYT prerequisite for sustainable development is fast and high quality customer service. How to improve our service levels, and how to ensure the balance between supply and demand of the customers and inventory, demand planning the strategic significance of this is very important.How to meet the customized needs of customers with sales in a short time delivery, improve customer satisfaction, to ensure the company’s sales? How to achieve the raw materials just to meet customer demand, minimize inventory, reduce product cost, to ensure the company’s profits? This mutual suppression activities on how to balance and achieve, and can not but cause us to think deeply:to increase sales and reduce inventory the best of both worlds?For these reasons, this article will explore how to optimize the material requirements planning to inventory control as a focus on the content. Described the principles and process of the material requirements planning, and three from the bill of materials (BOM) and the inventory status file of the master production schedule (MPS), MRP, input information, analysis and improvement, from the goods of the source materials, reducing the company’s Dailiao dead material, and thus reduce inventory, improve material flow rate and inventory turns, improve the company profits from the perspective of product cost.
