Research And Analysis On The Development Strategy Of XXZQ Co.,Ltd

Since2008, the international financial crisis and the subsequent international economic crisis had significant impact on the Chinese capital market. As a result, the competition of securities industry became more and more intense, customer commission rate dropped continuously, asset investment income reduced substantially, and the profitability of securities companies decreased greatly. Under the grim market situation, managers and shareholders of securities companies are facing a series of strategic issues such as how to quickly adjust the traditional business system and growth pattern, how to successfully complete the transformation and development of critical period, etc. In this thesis, the securities company’s business model and strategic transformation under the new situation are analyzed in detail, and the concrete measures and development direction are discussed.In this thesis, relevant theories and models concerning the research of enterprise development strategy are used, such as:PEST analysis method, Potter five force model, and SWOT model, etc. Through analyzing the external threat and opportunities faced by XXZQ company as well as its own superiority and inferiority, the growth development strategy is proposed for XXZQ company to take under the current situation of capital market. In the introduction part of the thesis, the corporate strategy research history and relevant theoretical models are introduced. The intermediate portion mainly includes the analysis of the external environment and internal factors as well as comprehensive analysis of XXZQ company.
