Strategy Study On Real Estate Enterprises' Countering Fiancial Crisis

During the period of impacting in willful persecution of the international financial crisis, our country's real estate enterprises had faced a challenge of survival and development under the limit of the loan policy. After adjusting some national policies, although the real estate market has rebounded strongly, but I think that we don't know when the international financial crisis will be over, we don't know if it will come back yet. Given this historical background, this paper is according to a basic train of thought of asking question and analyzing question and solving problem, it based on strategic management theory, crisis management theory and SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis model theory, took A real estate development company of Shanxi as a example to study some strategy on real estate enterprises'countering financial crisis, under the methods of combining theory with practice, etc.. This paper was started from the significance of study, handled some theoretical basis and analyzed the effect of international financial crisis about bound to A company. Through this analysis, then we had some reliable basis to adjust and work out the strategy on financial crisis for A company.â…¡. we discovered and analyzed many problem about lacking the management of strategy by investigating, we analyzed A company's strengths, weakness, opportunity and threat. But, we found that A company will have some development opportunity also in the future because there are better and better macroeconomic situation and development expectance of real estate in our country.â…¢. Through above all analysis and research, we took the conclusion that the thesis brings some phase strategies and several channels for financing, that can be carried out for real estate enterprises, and suggests combining strategic management with crisis management in the process of managing, then real estate enterprises will make the crisis become development opportunities under taking the right strategies.
