Job insecurity is a feeling of disability about the menace job position that one wants topossess continued. Quality of WorkLife is the satisfied degree of staff’s need when they areparticipate in work. While all the enterprise and organization’s activity is to reach the radicalgoals which they established, and estimate the accomplish of every staff’s work by performanceindex.Staff’s job performance is the assessed performance and result of their work.Then thestudy of job performance emerged at the right moment, became a active field of enterprisehuman resources management, as well as a hot research point in psychology subject area. Butmake a general survey of study domestic and overseas, there are many research about jobinsecurity,uality of worklife,ob performance of enterprise staff, but few about the relationship ofthe three in business organization. So my study want to have a try on this.This study select sample from several enterprises in WeiFang,YanTai and ZiBo,applymuti-industry random sampling,onduct questionnaire survey combined with literature consult.Questionnaires issued between October midmonth and November midmonth in2011.Issuedquestionnaires650part in all which551part are effective. Have a current situation survey ofenterprise staff’s job insecurity, Quality of worklife and job performance,and have a empiricalstudy about the relationship of the three, which are had significant meanings. The study showedthat:1.There are significant difference in job insecurity, Quality of worklife and job performanceon staff’s gender, age, marital status, educational attainment, work seniority, work post, qualityof work.2.Staff’s every elements of job insecurity are negative correlation with eachdimensionality of job performance. it was a predictive variable of job performance.3.Staff’severy elements of job insecurity are negative correlation with each dimensionality of Quality ofworklife, it was a predictive variable of Quality of worklife.4.Staff’s Quality of worklife arenegative correlation with every element of job performance, it was a predictive variable of jobperformance.5.Staff’s Quality of worklife has a intermediary effect between job insecurity andjob performance.Althoughthe study gain some research achievement, there are some shortageand questions to be discussed:1.The sampling of this study had certain insufficient.2.Researchmethod are not perfect.3.The restrict of research variable. According to this shortage andquestions,it put forward some relevant prospects.
