With the science and technology development, internet is developing at high speed, which symbolizes that people have entered era of network economy. Network era has fundamental change in people’s life style, thinking style, production style, behavior style etc; it has greatly accelerated development of socialism market economy in China.Meanwhile, its development enables competition among enterprises further aggravate, customer demand is gradually enhancing, which produces huge hit for the traditional marketing activity and causes a series of changes in marketing environment for enterprises, on one hand, network enables enterprises and customers in any place of world to directly communicate with each other, on the other hand, if enterprises want to network of global marketing, they have to put plenty of fund and human manpower, as network can provide plenty of products and information to customers, which aggravates the competition among enterprises.Now network marketing by using network as the main measure for marketing has become the mainstream. Through network, enterprises can popularize and distribute products, internet development provides much broader platform and opportunities for enterprise marketing compared to traditional one, it also provides more choices, and the utilization of internet can bring much more business opportunities. It can be predicted that network marketing will become the main way for people to purchase in the near future.But the utilization of network to do marketing is not so perfect, it has many mistakes, for example, some enterprise’s can not fully understand internet, some are lose behind after network development in action, construction of relative laws and regulations is not prefect, whether marketing enterprises have problems in actual application or technology and operation by using network marketing. While under this condition, how about the current state for enterprises to use network and how they can do well in marketing by network, all of this needs us to consider.This thesis analyzes influence of network on enterprise marketing from the enterprise perspective, and under the background of network ear, it proposes suggestion on how enterprise do well in marketing. This thesis is mainly focuses on2big problems: firstly is influence of network development on enterprise marketing and its current state, secondly is how enterprise dose well in marketing in the network era. The study of thesis analyzes influence of network and e-business development on enterprises, it proposes the latest marketing idea for enterprise to develop network marketing, master competitive superiority and establish marketing platform of enterprise marketing, formulate scientific and reasonable marketing strategy, use network to enhance its marketing ability, establish team with high qualities etc.
