Human resources as the primary resource of enterprises, is the original power and fundamental guarantee of development of enterprises. With the development of informationization and knowledge economy, companies need to provide more abundant managing means in their business management. Human Resources Management Informationization makes the information technology and human resources management cooperate effectively, affords the new management concept and method for the management of the companies, and provides the basis and the support to business for making strategic decision. Furthermore, it plays a significant role in the enterprise to establish the core competitiveness. Human resource management information system (E-HR) can make the human resources administration departments change in the function which is from providing simple human resources information to supporting the knowledge and solution for the enterprise human resources management. At the same time of providing decision-making to the management, it also makes all of management functional departments integrate effectively to promote the enterprise management to do better through optimization system flow and use large of analysis tools and knowledge.This dissertation introduces that the HT group’s strategic thinking in human resources management. It uses the information management method, and evaluates and improves the current E-HR system. Author finds some problems which include the performance assessment, training management, staff recruitment, and such human resource management module’s lack and so on are appearing in it. The author employs the standard process design in order to gain the most effective management, improve human resources management efficiency, and achieve the transformation from traditional administrative affairs human resources management to strategic human resource management, and finally to offer more strategic support to the HT group’s future. During the research, the author brings legal audit of human resources management into E-HR’s improvement by first time in order to get lower management costs; and at the same time, it also can provides test method to the human resources management’ own standardability and legality. In addition, after setting of the E-HR’s external interface, it can realizes the information sharing in the HT group management information system and external professional platform, and promote the management work carry out more effectively.The main purpose of this thesis is to provide reference for the enterprises using or planning to use the E-HR management. It provides ideas for E-HR’s further theoretical research and practical application. From the cooperation from theory research and advanced management tools effectively, author leads human resources management information research to improve the whole application level of the human resource management information system.
