Study On Control And Improvement Of Production Efficiency Of CABG BU In Foxconn Group

With the gradual disappearance of China's demographic dividend,the cost of manufacturing enterprises is gradually rising,the gradual increase of the cost has brought great challenges for the profits of the manufacturing enterprises.That how to improve the productivity of the enterprise has become the basis for the survival and competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises in the harsh living environment.CABG,the object of this paper,is the Product division of the main server products of Foxconn Technology Group.After 2010,it is also faced with a severe increase in manufacturing costs,a management dilemma of declining profit margins.What's more the labor productivity is declining year by year while the company's labor costs continuing to rise,how to control and improve the productivity of the company has become the foundation whether the company can survive and remain competitive.In this paper,through the investigation of the existing problems,there is the causal analysis of the reasons for the continued decline in productivity by using the fishbone diagram analysis method,finally,an integrated solution for system,personnel,optimization is proposed,specific contents include:(1)Develop and implement productivity control information system.The productivity control information system provides detailed productivity data and analysis for production managers,it provides the information basis for the control and improvement of productivity,and also plays an important role in the improvement of management methods;(2)Reduce separation rate of production line staff.The main causes of leaving are summarized from a large number of leaving reasons.Then in food,internet access,automated import,job rotation,job subsidies of technology and other aspects to reduce the production line staff turnover rate.(3)Optimize the production of main products.Linear programming method is used to optimize the SMT production line of the mainstream products.The PTH line is optimized by the line balance analysis.The switching time were optimized,the optimization effectively enhance the productivity of equipment and manpower.Through the integrated stereo implementation of the solution,a new productivity control system is established and the productivity is improved effectively.Achieve the purpose of both the CABG control and productivity increase.In this paper,through the research of production control and promotion of CABG products of Foxconn Technology Group,it summarized the successful experience of how to control and improve the productivity under the environment of the actual operation and the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend in China.Hope to provide some reference for large and medium-sized enterprises in terms of productivity control and upgrading.
